About Me

I never actually thought that I would be interested in spending my time creating Art. As a child, I was told that I had “poor manual dexterity”, and was too “wiggly” to sit still long enough to paint or draw.

My daily Art and Dance Practice support me to study myself, and my emotions. I am inspired by travel, family stories, music, social justice and examples of LOVE transforming fear. One of my favorite exercises is to rework an earlier piece, scraping away, painting over, experimenting with changes. It brings me closer to the fluidity of Life and the opportunity to creatively reinvent an experience.

I strive to always deepen the well of support resources, and to offer the viewer the opportunity to reflect on their personal life journey.
